Please refer to the email confirmation link or contact us via text to reschedule. You are NOT allowed to reschedule an existing rescheduled appointment. A fee of $25 will be charge if you are unable to make your rescheduled appointment. If the fee is not paid, you will be unable to book future appointments.

CANCELLATION

Please refer to the email confirmation link or contact us via text to cancel. A fee of $25 will be charge if you cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment time. If the fee is not paid, you will be unable to book future appointments.

No shows

A 100% service charge will be placed if you do not show up for your appointment. You will no longer be able to book with us if balance has not been paid PRIOR to booking your next appointment.
